What do you need from me to get started?

We don’t ask for much to launch. All we need is a signed contract, your contact details, A kick-off call, and payment.

 

 

What's your work process like?

In a nutshell, my writing process goes a little something like this: 

  1. You send your content ideas, or we produce a content plan (depending on your chosen package)
  2. We write the initial draft
  3. 1st phase editing
  4. 2nd phase editing (if necessary)

We’ve found the best approach is to plan content with clients at least a month in advance and front load work to create a content bank.  

Do you ghostwrite?

Yes, we can ghostwrite content for an additional fee. Please get in touch to find out more.

What's your typical turnover time?

 Great work takes time.  We aim to have a content asset written SEO-optimized, edited, and ready for publishing in 5 working days.

How long do I have to send work to you for editing? And, how long will it take for the changes to be made?

You’ll have 5 working days to request edits for both the first and second phases of editing.

Editing timelines depend on the asset’s length but as a rough guide, please pencil in 2-4 working days.

Can you optimize copy and content for SEO?

Yes, we can write SEO content and copt. Simply provide us with the keywords you would like included before work begins.

How many edits do you include in your work?

All content assets we create come with one edit round as standard. Additional edits will incur a fee. 

What's the deal with your payment terms?

We request upfront payment excluding exceptional cases such as large scale and long-term projects.

You’ll an invoice and contract before we get started. Once you’ve sent these through, we’re ready to go!

We accept payment by Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

Yes, we have a satisfaction guarantee.

We’re confident in the work quality we produce and believe it’s worth every penny you investment. So, in the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with the work and we can’t fix it, we won’t charge for the content asset.

There’s just one catch.  You can’t use any work that you reject. This includes repurposing, amending, or using it in its existing form. If work is found to be used, payment will be required in full. 

Do I really have to sign a contract?

Yup! Chalk it down to Yve’s law school days rearing their ugly heads. Contracts help everyone have peace of mind, and ours are relatively short, we promise!

What’s your pricing like?

My services are split into packages and run in 3 and 6-month retainers (excluding my copywriting and case study services, which are a la carte). Please note these are base rates. Your project may cost more depending on your requirements.

Email newsletter/campaign package – starts from $999 USD and includes 4 emails up to 800 words.

SEO-optimized blog post writing package – starts from $1699 USD and 4 blog posts up to 1500 words. **Please note blog posts reviewing/detailing services or products will incur a $150 surcharge with a maximum of 10 services/products per 1500 words**

Case Studies $399 up to 800 words.

What currency do you charge in?

The good ol’ Great British Pound. However, if you need quotes drawn up in your native currency to assist with budgeting, we’re happy to provide this.

 

Do you work with retainers or one-off projects?

We operate with a 1-month trial period followed by a 6 or 12-month retainers. We’ve found these time frames allow us to get to know your brand best. We can also customise the retainer spec to fit your company’s needs. 

In some cases such as a large-scale project, we’ll accept a one-off contract. Please get in touch to discuss your business’ needs.
